I made Sujebi ( hand-torn noodle soup ) for lunch. It's pretty yummy. I ate it with some kimchi and cold tofu. I got the recipe for making the noodle soup here, via Jeana's blog. It's really easy to make and it has no meat at all. You can try making it for yourself! It's really quite quick to whip up!
